Because love is thicker than smoke

The Santa Cruz community continues to rally behind those affected by the devastating wildfires in Northern California this past week. While over 77,000 acres continue to burn, local SC company LIFEAID has created the Santa Cruz Fire Aid to help distribute all donated supplies and funds to displaced families, firefighters and wildlife support. Amidst the current COVID-19 crisis, it is our health care heroes who have helped sustain us, the brave women and men who are tirelessly battling on the front lines of this pandemic with smiles under their masked faces. To each and every one of you, for your sacrifice and your bravery, we say THANK YOU.

This month, LIFEAID has donated over 30 pallets of FITAID ZERO to more than 150 hospitals worldwide to help fuel the dedicated paramedics, nurses and doctors on their rounds. Here are just a few of the many heroes who wear masks. We could not get through this time without you!

HOW LIFEAID IS HELPING AUSTRALIA

When LIFEAID Beverage Co. heard about the devastation caused by the brush fires down in Australia, we knew we had to try and find a way to help. (More than 10 times the area of the 2018 California fires has already burned!)

This week, FITAID is donating 5% of all sales from FITAID ZERO directly to our brave family and friends who are fighting the devastating fires down in Australia. We will also be sending 10,000 cans of FITAID Down Under to help those hardworking men and women recover from their exhaustive relief efforts.

Additionally, we are partnering with FITAID athlete @JamesNewbury’s GoFundMe to help raise even more funds for the firefighters, by asking each of you to do the #KoalaChallenge! Now through Friday, for every post shared of someone doing the Koala Challenge (photo/video), FITAID will donate $5/post directly to the efforts of Australian wildlife protection services. Please be sure to include #FITAID, #KoalaChallenge and tag @FITAID in your post.
